Returns

SDK Store offers free returns and full refunds on all items within thirty (30) days of receipt of order.

There are no return fees or restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing their order back to us at the address listed below.

Return Process

Please email us at hello@selfdefensekeychainstore.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of order for returns. Please include your name, order number, and reason for your return.

Return Condition

Please return your full order including all products, materials and packaging.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
