Exchanges

SDK Store offers free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

There are no exchange fees or restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing their order back to us at the address listed below for their exchange.

Exchange Process

Please email us at hello@selfdefensekeychainstore.com within sixty (60) days of receipt of order for exchanges. Please include your name, order number, and requested exchange.

Exchange Condition

Please return your full order including all products, materials and packaging for an exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
