Exchanges

SDK Store offers free exchanges on all items within 60 days of purchase.

There are no exchange fees or restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing their order back to us at the address listed below for their exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Email us at support@selfdefensekeychainstore.com within sixty (60) days of receipt of order. Include your name, order number, and requested exchange.

2. An SDK Store Customer Care Team representative will start your exchange process.

3. After the Customer Care Team representative confirms your exchange, mail your entire order including packaging materials to the exchange address below:

Exchange Condition

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please return your full order including all products, materials and packaging for an exchange.
